Situations have structure the surface description leaves out — the real incentive driving someone's behaviour, the player who isn't in the meeting but shapes it, the historical pattern this rhymes with, the signal hiding inside the noise. These tools train the read. Follow the incentive. Ask what game they're actually playing. Separate the trend from the fluctuation. Recognising the pattern early is most of the strategic advantage; everyone sees it eventually.
