Leadership & Influence

Presence & Authority

Authority in a room is mostly transacted through small signals — when you enter, when you speak, how long you pause, whether you hold a frame or flinch off it. These tools make those signals deliberate instead of accidental. Enter with intent. Speak last so you don't anchor the discussion. Use the pause as its own statement. Hold the frame under pressure. Presence isn't charisma you're born with; it's a set of moves you can choose.
