The same proposal can read as obvious or reckless depending entirely on how it's framed — and people decide on the frame, not the underlying facts. These tools work on that layer: asking before telling, framing the choice rather than dictating it, making the invisible constraint visible, leading with the story the statistic only confirms. This isn't spin. It's recognising that a true thing badly framed gets rejected, and doing the framing on purpose.
