Focus & Flow
Context Management
Most lost focus isn't dramatic — it's the residue of the last task bleeding into this one, the environment cueing the wrong behaviour, the interruption you handled badly. These tools manage context as a resource. Batch the shallow work so it doesn't fragment the deep. Make the environment cue the work you want. Have a protocol for interruptions before they arrive. Use a transition ritual so switching tasks actually completes. Context costs more than people think; manage it on purpose.
